Converison Services International, Inc. Announces Filing of American Stock Exchange Application
East Hanover, NJ (April 21, 2004) -- Conversion Services International, Inc. (CSI - The Center for Data Warehousing) (OTC Bulletin Board: CSII.OB) ("CSI"), a leading provider of management consulting, business intelligence and data warehousing services and solutions for Global 1000 and other businesses, filed an application today to list its common stock on the American Stock Exchange. Although CSI must satisfy several material requirements prior to being listed, CSI currently expects that it will meet all listing requirements.
Commenting on this historical event, Scott Newman, President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of CSI, said, "We believe that if we are approved, listing on a prestigious exchange such as the American Stock Exchange will provide CSI and our stockholders with increased share liquidity and broaden our base of investors.
