Cendant Corporation Engages Conversion Services International, Inc. and DeLeeuw Associates, LLC for Lean Six Sigma Program
East Hanover, NJ (May 12, 2004) - Conversion Services International, Inc. (CSI- The Center for Data Warehousing) (OTC Bulletin Board: CSII.OB) announced today that Cendant Corporation's Timeshare Resort Group has engaged CSI's wholly owned subsidiary, DeLeeuw Associates, LLC, to conduct the roll-out of a Lean Six Sigma SM program for their organization.

Steve Holmes, Chairman of Cendant's Hospitality Services Division, made the decision to bring in DeLeeuw Associates and their partner, The George Group, to his Timeshare Resort Group after attending a Lean Six Sigma Roundtable in New York last December.
