Conversion Services International Helps Leading Global e-Learning Vendor Uncover Knowledge
- CSI Ensures Client's Existing Data Warehouse Reaches New Heights -
EAST HANOVER, N.J. (October 20, 2005) -- Conversion Services International, Inc. (AMEX: CVN) ("CSI"), a premier professional services firm focused on delivering the value in business intelligence, data warehousing and data management solutions to Global 2000 organizations and other businesses, today announced it has been engaged to complete a multi-phase data warehousing initiative for one of the world's leading e-learning vendors.
Scott Newman, President, CEO and Chairman of Conversion Services International, said, "CSI's team of experts are frequently tapped to crack what appear to be unsolvable data warehouse quandaries. In this case, the client's data warehouse was underdeveloped and underperforming. Their business users were clamoring for data, yet the data warehouse couldn't possibly deliver. It became an untenable business situation." He continued, "CSI evaluated all possible options and, ultimately, recommended the implementation of Oracle's PeopleSoft® Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) to vastly improve the circumstances."
Data warehouse and business intelligence product agnostic, CSI has deep expertise in a wide variety of technology solutions. One example of CSI's experience is with PeopleSoft EPM which enables organizations to achieve improved performance by aligning the right information and resources to strategic objectives. According to Newman, "CSI combines its technology acumen with business best practices. That's well evidenced in phase two of this engagement, during which we're integrating data and working to ensure data warehousing extensibility."
