Global Financial Services Leader Turns to DeLeeuw Associates for Lean and Six Sigma Services

-Year Two of Engagement Continues With Roll Out to New Regions-


EAST HANOVER, N.J. (January 17, 2006) - - DeLeeuw Associates, LLC, a subsidiary of Conversion Services International, Inc. (AMEX: CVN), a premier professional services firm focused on delivering the value in business intelligence, data warehousing and data management solutions to Global 2000 organizations and other businesses, today announced details of its two-year engagement with a global financial services leader for Lean and Six Sigma services.

Selected by this organization for its unique approach to Lean and Six Sigma philosophy and its significant subject matter expertise in the financial services industry, DeLeeuw Associates trained and worked with corporate stakeholders to assess, identify and prioritize the change initiatives to be implemented using Lean and Six Sigma process methodology, as well as developed and delivered customized Lean and Six Sigma training specific to this client's needs and culture. To date, this engagement has spanned 18 projects, across multiple business units and is expected to expand into Europe in 2006.
