-Program services streamline
operations through standardized platform-
EAST HANOVER, N.J. (November 27, 2006) - - Conversion Services
International, Inc. (AMEX: CVN), a premier professional services
firm focused on delivering the value in business intelligence,
data warehousing and data management solutions to Global 2000
organizations and other businesses, today announced an engagement
to provide application development services for the treasury
division of a major U.S. bank. This engagement is estimated to
bring an additional $1.5 to $1.75 million of revenue in 2007.
The client was looking to streamline
operations and improve technology support, while reducing
overall expenditures in its back office billing and pricing
operations. It was faced with challenging project timelines and
a shortage of experts in its account analysis software. The
client chose CSI to assist in platform consolidation and the
implementation of a vendor software solution. CSI’s experience
managing fast-paced, highly-visible projects in the financial
services sector, along with its ability to provide experienced
subject matter experts, will allow this client to streamline
operations through a standardized platform.
According to BJ Choi, senior vice
president of CSI, “CSI has a long relationship with this client,
and we have hands-on experience with their business environment
and an innate understanding of their challenges. Our nearly-two
decades of experience providing solutions and resources in the
financial services arena, gives us ability to provide those
hard-to-come-by subject matter experts for our clientele. CSI
took a creative approach to help this client with their shortage
of subject matter experts by providing training on the account
analysis product while immediately delivering significant cost
savings over their current service providers.”
