Conversion Services International’s Amex Hearing Cancelled

EAST HANOVER, N.J. (April 17, 2007) -- Conversion Services International, Inc. (AMEX: CVN), a premier professional services firm focused on delivering the value in business intelligence, data warehousing and data management solutions to Global 2000 organizations and other businesses, today announced that it has been notified by the Hearings Department of the American Stock Exchange (Amex) that the Company’s hearing, previously scheduled for April 24, 2007, has been cancelled. The Hearings Department indicated that Amex Listing Qualifications Staff (Staff) recommended cancellation of the Company’s hearing after a review of the Company’s submission to the Staff dated April 11, 2007, and other publicly available information. As a result, the Company expects to remain listed on Amex, although such listing will likely be subject to certain conditions. The Company expects to receive separate correspondence from the Staff setting forth such conditions shortly.
